Democrats Launch “Ditch Mitch” Campaign
2018 is about ditching McConnell, Carmichael, and their candidates
CHARLESTON, WV — Today, the Democratic Party of West Virginia announced the release of “Ditch Mitch!” bumper stickers, hats, and several billboards.

Because U.S. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and state Senate President Mitch Carmichael have undermined working families, Democrats are working in 2018 to ditch the Mitches and their candidates.
West Virginians want to “Ditch Mitch!” at the federal and state level. The West Virginia Democratic Party is sponsoring billboards across the state to educate voters about the need to ditch the Mitches.
Also, “Ditch Mitch” hats and bumper stickers will now be available.

“We never thought that we’d agree with Don Blankenship on something, but West Virginians know that it’s time to ditch Mitch McConnell, Mitch Carmichael and their candidates,” said Belinda Biafore, chair of the West Virginia Democratic Party. “McConnell is blocking coal miner pensions and destroying health care, and Carmichael attacked teachers and public employees. It’s time to “Ditch Mitch” at the state and federal level this November.”
